By the way, the last article was written specifically for those who did not know how to purchase this very policy. But, judging by the comments, the majority had difficulty entering the captcha (special code). Today we will also tell you how to enter this captcha without any problems!
Prolongation of the OSAGO policy in Reso
So, if the time has come for you to renew your insurance, then you should not delay it! If you are already a Reso client, then you can simply use the prolongation, and if not, then register and purchase your first OSAGO agreement via the Internet!
It should also be remembered that prolongation is possible no earlier than 60 days before the end of the current contract!
We go to your personal account and go to the list of policies!
After that, a new window will open, and in it you will need to check all your data again. I also had to re-enter the data of the diagnostic card! After that, click Calculate. If everything is filled in correctly, then the amount will appear.
First, click "Get password". An SMS with a code will be sent to your registered phone number.
If everything is entered correctly, then your contract will be saved and you will only have to pay it!

It's hard to start a losing battle, but it's still better than just sitting back. The essence of my battle with the RESO-Garantia insurer is that I need to renew the OSAGO policy. Last year, I did it without any problems using my personal account on the company's website. However, this year the situation has changed dramatically. Insurers go to different tricks, preventing people from renewing the poles electronically. At the same time, everything formally remains within the framework of the law.
So, the problem begins at the stage when the calculation of the renewal of the policy is made and you need to save it for payment. A window appears where you need to enter the code sent via SMS. Already the code itself clearly hints at the fact that the company wants to make life as difficult as possible for a person. Evaluate the characters to be entered:
For an experienced user, finding such characters on the keyboard is not too difficult. But the next step is just confusing. To confirm the code, you need to enter captcha - characters from a color picture. At the same time, the captcha is very small, colorful, and it is simply unrealistic to consider all the symbols reliably. Here are some examples of such captchas in real size.

Even knowing how to zoom in the browser to reliably parse all the symbols is extremely difficult. And even if, by some miracle, with the umpteenth attempt, the captcha can be entered, then the code sent by SMS may already be out of date.
There seems to be another trick here. It is possible that for each code sent via SMS there is only one attempt to enter captcha. This is not explicitly stated anywhere. The bottom line is that the matter is stalled at this stage and fruitless attempts to break through this captcha go on.
I'm not the only one who stumbled at this stage. Many tried to complete this quest, but spitting they went to the Reso office, where they were openly told that there were too many smart people making an electronic OSAGO policy and this does not make it possible to impose additional insurance on them. As a result, everything in the office is miraculously quickly processed, but the price increases due to additional services. If you refuse additional insurance, then the forms may suddenly end.
The search will tell you that it is not at all easy to get OSAGO online at Reso-Garantia, even if you managed to successfully register and start applying for a policy - it’s not a fact that you will succeed.
